The Mill was completely redesigned and features many new improvements particularly the increased strip width (2,000mm), Lincoln Tandem welding plant, optional laser weld guidance system and thicker strip capability (upto 25mm). All these improvements have led to a
significantly higher output capability and wider pipe manufacturing range.

Flexibility is a key element of this Spiral Mill design philosophy. The Mill is designed to manufacture a very large range of pipe diameters and thicknesses. These are produced from steel coil upto 2,000mm wide and 40t in weight. The Mill can also be operated with a minimum
manpower. As you can see the extensive range and capability of this
Spiral Weld pipe Mill enables customers to make a very wide
variety of pipe for many different applications.
